As the Director of Customer Experience, Tina is passionate about delivering high-performing service while being a strong customer advocate to internal teams. She has a breadth of global leadership experience in the complete client life cycle, ranging from implementation, quality assurance, to customer support, specifically in the financial software domain. Tina is thrilled to bring her experience with many Fortune 100 companies to Chrome River and its valued customers.
While Tina has traveled extensively professionally and personally, she loves living in Southern California and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California along with an Executive Business certification from UCLA.
