For entry of meal expenses: Chrome River offers a People Selector to simplify the task. Hotel bills are among the most challenging expenses to enter: Chrome River offers a Hotel Wizard to help you enter and reconcile the bill. Expenses in foreign currencies: Chrome River provides daily exchange rates for almost every currency in the world.
If expenses are incurred with a corporate or personal credit card, life becomes even simpler. The available transactions will appear right on your screen. Simply select the transactions that should be on the expense report, and new entries are automatically created. No need to worry about reconciling or handling the exchange rates; it's all done for you.
Once you've created a report, step over to the nearest copier/scanner/fax and image the receipts. The receipts will be sent to Chrome River where our software matches the receipts to the expense report. If in the future you need to refer back to any of the documentation, Chrome River offers online inquiry tools for viewing any expense report and the images of the receipts.
